Policies
No project will commence without a design request form submitted beforehand! This form helps to clarify your commission request and streamline the process.
PAYMENTS
Payment due in full before work commences for projects billed at less than $500. Projects billed at/above $500 only need a 50% deposit paid up front, with the remaining balance paid in accordance with terms agreed upon by TSV and the client.
REVISIONS
5 FREE Revisions
(color changes, fonts, layout, imagery, icons, etc.)
Complete design overhaul does not count as a revision and will accrue additional costs/design time.
REFUNDS
There are no full refunds issued for projects that have already reached the “proof-to-client” phase, during which clients are currently reviewing proofs or samples for the project.
DESIGN TERMINATION
If there has been no correspondence for 20 days, your project will be terminated and another design request will be required to begin work on the project again.
COPYRIGHT
Under copyright law, the creator (the designer) owns the copyright to the work, not the client, unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients pay for a license to use the design as outlined in the contract, not the copyright itself.
